An adventure tourism brand offering treks, expeditions, and outdoor experiences needed a professional web presence to attract and convert clients online. With no existing website and a tight go-live timeline tied to peak booking season, the challenge was delivering a high-quality, conversion-optimised site quickly without compromising on visual storytelling or technical quality.
Sprint-model build: fix the full scope in week one, design and develop in parallel across weeks two and three, and dedicate the final week to content integration, QA, and go-live. Speed and quality were treated as simultaneously non-negotiable — not a tradeoff.
Week 1: Full site architecture scoping — pages, navigation structure, content hierarchy, and conversion flow
Weeks 2–3: Design and development of core pages — Home, Experiences/Packages, About, Gallery, and Contact/Booking
Built experience and trek pages with detailed itineraries, highlights, pricing, and booking call-to-action sections
Integrated contact form and enquiry capture system routed for immediate lead notification
Configured GA4 and set up basic SEO foundations: meta tags, XML sitemap, robots.txt
Week 4–5: Content integration, cross-browser and mobile QA, and go-live
