By accessing and using the Howl Media Labs website (howlmedialabs.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Howl Media Labs provides digital marketing, brand strategy, brand identity, web development, performance marketing, and AI automation services. The scope, deliverables, and timelines for specific services will be outlined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
As a client, you agree to: provide accurate and complete information; grant necessary access to platforms and accounts; provide timely feedback and approvals; make payments according to agreed terms; comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing: work product created specifically for you becomes your property upon full payment; our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain our intellectual property; you grant us permission to showcase work in our portfolio (unless confidentiality is agreed).
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may incur interest charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Howl Media Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, marketing data, campaign performance metrics, and any other information marked as confidential.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
