A luxury furniture, lighting, and accessories brand had a refined Shopify storefront but near-zero organic presence. Despite premium products, the site was technically broken — 100+ broken URLs, a misconfigured hreflang setup for India/Global stores, and zero on-page SEO across hundreds of product pages.

We designed a 4-phase SEO roadmap: technical hygiene first, on-page optimization second, content expansion third, and continuous reporting fourth. The philosophy was to respect the brand's luxury tone while making every product page crawlable, indexable, and keyword-aligned — balancing editorial voice with search intent.
Phase 0 — Technical Hygiene: Fixed 100+ broken URLs and redirects, rewrote and submitted custom robots.txt allowing AI crawlers, correctly implemented hreflang for India/Global Shopify store split, and ensured GA4 + GSC properly configured per storefront
Phase 1 — On-Page Optimization: Rewrote 70%+ of product titles using adjective + material + product type structure; standardised meta title and description templates; rolled out descriptive image alt text across all product pages
Phase 2 — Content Expansion: Built keyword gap analysis vs competitors; prioritised high-intent terms; designed lifestyle + product storytelling blog strategy
