A Dubai-based advertising agency was relying entirely on referrals for new business — a model that is unpredictable and impossible to scale. We built a two-track acquisition system: a paid inbound track (Google Ads) to capture marketing decision-makers actively searching for agency services in the UAE, and an AI-powered outbound track (LinkedIn automation) to proactively reach ideal client profiles at scale. Both tracks fed into a structured CRM workflow with automated follow-up.
